DESIGN POLICY

Terms of Service apply to services provided by [CHARM MY GRAPHICS].

By purchasing, [Client] has read and agreed to The Terms of Service listed here and below the desired service under product description. 

Payments

Payments are processed through our website. We will not accept payments through third party providere. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE.​

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Our policy regarding unsatisfied clients is to make necessary revisions to improve the quality of our service. Depending on the service you select, a certain number of revisions may be allowed before fees apply. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the best possible service, and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the final product.

If [The Client] is experiencing buyers remorse (the sense of regret after having made a purchase), we are unable to accommodate them due to our policy that all purchases are nonrefundable.

 

​If [The Client] decides to cancel their services for any reason, we will not honor a refund, due to our policy that all services are nonrefundable.

Communication + Project Abandonment 

Communication is done through email only. Depending on which service the client select, if clients fail to turn in necessary requirements a time service fee will apply to restart the service that was purchased. All fees can be found under the product description for each service.

 

Our response time for emails ranges from 1 - 3 business days.

Weekends and holidays are not included.

Proofs + Revisions

[The Client] is provided with design proofs before final files. Our design proofs are not to be used, sold and/or replicated.

​

Each service has a revision limit which varies. After the revision limit has been exceeded, [The Client] will incur additional fees per change.

​

Be mindful that revisions are small modifications. If [The Client] would prefer a redesign, there will be a redesign fee.

​

Turnaround Time

The project turnaround times can range from 7 business days up to 28 business days for services, depending on which one is selected. Each time frame for the selected service will be located in the product description.

Branding packages could take anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks.

We strive to deliver services promptly however, we are a sole proprietor which could result in timeframes being extended due to unforeseen circumstances; including but not limited to high order volume, personal emergencies, health problems, technical difficulties and more.

​

[The Client] must provide us with the necessary/required information needed to begin the service. We do not begin work until we have all information.
